Senior Localization Project Manager

Our client has an opening for a highly-motivated individual to join their Project Management team in UK. The successful candidate will interface with our client-base and in-house production departments so as to ensure smooth management of projects from initial analysis and quotation to final delivery. Applicants need to have strong IT skills. Ideally, they should be familiar with Trados Translator's Workbench, CMS environments and other common translation and localisation tools. Knowledge of scheduling packages such as MS Project is a must. Candidates with knowledge of one or more foreign languages and ability to work in a multicultural environment preferred. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in the localization industry, good negotiation and people skills and be client-focussed. Sense of humour and foreign languages a great plus
Our client is seeking a native French speaker with a comprehensive command of English, qualified to degree level or equivalent. You must have several years of experience as translator, with outstanding knowledge in finance or technical, knowledge of MS Office and translation programs (Trados and/or Transit), an eye for detail and the commitment required to join their highly competent team.
